Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at missreesieandco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return address.Â
All returns must be sent back to Miss Reesie at customers' expense within 14 days of receiving the product. Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your item will be inspected upon arrival, and we reserve the right to refuse your return if an item has been worn/damaged/missing including packaging. Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
The cost of return shipping is at customer's expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail and holding onto your tracking number. It is solely the customer's responsibility that the items make it back to Miss Reesie in a safe and timely manner to prevent the return declined.
It is the customers' responsibility to hold onto their tracking number as a proof of return. If the package doesn't make it to Miss Reesie, it is the customers' sole responsibility to follow it up with the postal company they used. Miss Reesie is not responsible for any lost parcels or customs fees for the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on earrings or other pierced jewellery due to health and hygiene regulations.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund can take up to 10-15 business days to process.
If the order has discount or codes applied, and the discount code is no longer applicable due to the reduction of value of the return, the discount or coupon code value will be deducted from the refund value.
If the order was applicable for free shipping, we will deduct a relative shipping value from the refund to you. We do this in order to provide free shipping for all customer within Australia.
